Domestic
Domestic shipping rates apply to the continental US only. Domestic shipments over $100 in value and all wood  box orders will be shipped via insured UPS Ground. You must provide a valid UPS shipping address for these shipments. NO PO BOXES, please. Shipping and handling for online orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be computed by our web site. However, if an order to these destinations will fit in a flat rate box you will be issued a refund to reflect the flat rate charge plus $3.00, or our domestic shipping rates (shown above), whichever is more.

International
Our online store only computes international shipping charges for select countries.

We recommend that you contact Colwood before placing an international order. We can then email you an invoice that can be paid online. All international shipments will be shipped via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise, and will be charged the actual shipping cost plus a $3.00 handling fee.

If you place an international order online and the shipping and handling charges are $0.00, you will be receiving an invoice via email to the email account you provided during the order process for the amount of the shipping and handling needed to ship your order. Your order will not be shipped until this invoice is paid.
